Sleep Savvy
From infancy through adolescence, middle age, and into our golden years, sleep is paramount to wellness. Why is sleep so elusive and what can you do to improve this aspect of your life?

Nafshi and Levine Academy present a Sensory Savvy workshop to help you get from over-stimulation to a sense of inner peace. Rabbi Mike and Nikki Friedman, together with Licensed Occupational Therapist Shifra Robkin and Carolyn Feder, founder of Sensory Interior Design, will address specific issues and offer techniques to help participants get the best rest possible.

This workshop will help you evaluate, identify, and address issues that affect all family members during the day and when they’re trying to fall asleep.

“Between stimulus and response there’s a space.
In that space is our power to choose our response.
In our response lies our growth and our freedom.”
~ Victor Frankl
